Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your Burp Tummy Oil arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to try another product, please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
